The complete recycling package includes a low profile station for dumping mop buckets and floor scrubbers, pre-filtration for removing large particulate, a used waste water holding tank, a clean water holding tank, a dispenser pump and hose with nozzle. The state-of-the-art Extran ultrafiltration technology removes suspended solids, emulsified oils and other contaminants so the filtered permeate solution may be used again and again for further floor cleaning.

The recycling system is designed to clean, filter and recycle used, dirty mop water and floor scrubber solution. This system continuously removes contaminants from the waste water and returns clean water and detergent to a storage tank where it is available for re-use. The system is provided with a convenient EZ Dump station and it automatically pumps used solution from the low profile tank into a dirty water holding tank. The contaminated fluid is passed through pre-filters to remove large particulate and is then processed with the Extran membrane module, which separates the emulsified oil and fine suspended solids from the water and cleaner so the solution may be recycled. A convenient dispenser nozzle is used to refill and rinse out mop buckets & scrubber tanks with the clean recycled solution.

-Low profile sump w/filter screen & pump captures, filters and transfers used wash water into the dirty water tote
-Pre-filtration bag filters for removing large suspended solids from the solution
-Dirty water tote poly tank where the dirty solution is stored prior to filtration and continuously aerated
-Process pump continuously circulates solution through the Extran membrane module.
-Extran Ultrafiltration membrane module -- for removing fine suspended solids, emulsified oil and other contaminants
