Reverse Osmosis Systems
Separation Dynamics utilizes Osmosis Technology for many of the same reasons we use these proven water softening systems. These systems are designed utilizing the latest in membrane technology offering low-energy elements to reduce operating cost and maximize system performance. The RO system also uses patented “Permeate Flush” technology to maintain quality water across the systems membranes to increase membrane life and water quality to your process.
Water Softeners Systems
Separation Dynamics utilizes Water Softening Systems that have been designed to be both highly efficient and dependable. These systems offer state-of-the-art counter current regeneration which allows for the highest system capacity with the lowest salt usage in the industry. The Softener System is also designed to regenerate on influent hardness and water flow. The unique design allows for non-electric regeneration with virtually eliminates costly service and repairs. Separation Dynamics offers a wide range of softener systems to meet nearly any flow or hardness requirement.
Separation Dynamics’ automatic deionization systems use a patented regeneration process to deliver the highest quality water possible from an automatic, separate bed system. When operated with the appropriate system pretreatment, product quality can rival that of mixed bed systems.
These systems can be designed to provide DI Water for improved influent water supplies or be applied to recycle valuable rinse water to both conserve water and improve product quality.
