Automatic Indexing Media Gravity Filtration System, Your Solution for Parts Washer Water Filtration

The all stainless steel automated indexing gravity filtration system with roll media; allows for continuous filtration of grinding, cutting, stamping and machine tool coolant filtration; parts washer water filtration, industrial wastewater; process or cooling water.

System pumps contaminated solution through a diffuser, which directs flow across the full width of the system's filter bed. Particle separation starts immediately via gravity flow through the media to the clean reservoir tank below the conveyor frame.

Improve Cleaning and Save Money through Recycling Parts Washer Water

Filtered solution can gravity drain or be returned to the process via a pump. As the media gradually becomes laden with solids, the solution level will slowly rise until the adjustable float switch activates the conveyor drive motor.

Consumed media is advanced and fresh media is simultaneously indexed to the solution flow.

The system is totally automatic and responds to wide variations in flow rate and solids concentration, making it perfect if your goal is recycling parts washer water in an industrial setting. Standard bag filter housings are size #2 housing constructed of 304 stainless steel and rated for 125 psi, with 2" NPT side inlet and bottom outlet connections. Various types and sizes of bag filter media may be utilized in these housings. Typically, 10 - 25 micron polyester or polypropylene bags are used, depending on the customer’s situation.
